Dispatch Coordinator

Reporting to the Client Coordinator Supervisor, the Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating smooth operations within our high-volume office by efficiently coordinating routes for Residential and Business installations, maintaining communication with Field Service Technicians, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, focused, self-starting, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ability to demonstrate a genuine interest in contributing to the Tachus culture is paramount.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient installation and service routes through outbound phone calls to optimize daily routing schedule and to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain communication with Field Service Technicians throughout their shifts and directly address any routing issues.
• Reschedule customer appointments as necessary and keep customers informed about their appointment status.
• Receive calls from Field Service Technicians and relay emergencies to the appropriate channels.
• Optimize the Field Service Technician dispatch portal and ticketing system.
• Collaboratively work with multiple departments and coordinate their operational needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department supervisor.

Knowledge and Experience

• A history of working efficiently in a high-volume office, demonstrating a sense of urgency and quick, critical thinking.
• Basic knowledge of the internet and a willingness to learn new skills, software, and technologies.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Frequent use of a computer is necessary.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
• Starting pay at $17.00 per hour.
