Business Client Coordinator

Tachus Fiber Internet (Tachus) is seeking an outstanding individual to fill the role of Business Client Coordinator. Tachus is a fiber broadband internet provider delivering service to the Greater Houston area since 2018. The Business Client Coordinator plays a vital role in support of business clients, B2B sales personnel and the business development team from the point of sale all the way through post-installation follow-up. The primary function of the Business Client Coordinator is to create a seamless experience for new business customers by managing the timeline, communications, and scheduling process from the point of sale through post-installation follow-up. The Business Client Coordinator will work with dedication to provide a concierge-level, ‘high-touch’ experience for clients. This is a highly collaborative position within a growing team environment.

Candidates should have the ability to communicate in a tone that meets the brand friendly, informative, clever, and approachable. The candidate will need to be adaptive and willing to evolve and grow with the company and within the responsibilities outlined. The position’s pay and benefits will also be highly competitive.

Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Scheduling
    • Coordinate with the Sales, Project Management, Dispatch & Installation teams to schedule and communicate the timeline and actions necessary to complete Client installation.
    • Communicate as necessary with client and within company for a high-touch, white-glove experience, looking to improve processes and delight clients along their Tachus journey.
  • Product Sales Confirmation
    • Follow up with client on products and services to confirm choices (bandwidth, static IP, Wi-Fi choice, etc.). Update account, notate service order, and add changes to Salesforce as appropriate.
    • Gather feedback on salesperson interactions, performance, etc.
  • Work Pass & Wi-Fi setup
    • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Work pass & Business Wi-Fi, coordinating directly with client on the setup of SSID, Work Pass and review of features, benefits and how to use service.
    • Manage Guest Wi-Fi setup and support product with clients, etc. Provides tech-support escalation procedure for client post setup interaction.
  • Billing
    • Confirm billing accuracy upon installation, matches sales order and Salesforce CRM.
  • Reporting
    • Compiles daily/weekly/monthly reports for business sales, source of sales, etc.
    • Assist in compilation of record backup for commission of sales reps.
  • Surveys
    • Follows-up with clients at pre-determined times after installation to confirm service performance and act in a client success support role.
    • Seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and obtain Google reviews and referrals.
  • Order changes
    • Utilize a consultative approach to assist clients with changing or upgrading specific service packages as necessary.
  • Other duties
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Skills And Experience

  • BA/BS degree preferred, but not required.
  • 2 years' experience in a client-oriented position within a Business-to-Business environment (B2B)
  • Flexible schedule may be necessary to meet the demands of business clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in a data-centric environment, inclusive of Salesforce is important.
  • Make decisions to drive action and influence team members and peers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter - analytical, detail-oriented and project management skills
  • Excellent computer skills w/Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM
  • Strong interpersonal and team-relational skills
  • Telecommunications; technology background a plus!
  • Thrives in a cross-functional, team-based environment.
  • Must be able to assume a high level of individual responsibility.
  • Physical ability to perform various tasks related to the role to include, but are not limited to climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking and lifting up to 30 pounds.
