Our food prep team is a key role and responsible for preparing our fresh vegetables, high quality meat and seafood.

Requirements

• Experience in food prep preferred
• Food handler certified (or certified within 30 days of start date)
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and speed
• Comply with all food safety procedures

What you would do

• Wash, cut and prepare fresh vegetables
• Slice meat to order
• Prepare veggie plates
• Deliver vegetable and protein plates to our guests
• Prepare broths, soups and other items per recipes
• Assist with inventory
• Wash all plate ware, shabu pots, utensils and kitchen prep items using a commercial dishwasher and 3 compartment sink
• Deliver clean dishes and prep items back to their designated locations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Be flexible and willing to perform some minor food preparation tasks along with dishwashing duties if needed
• Perform opening and closing checklist items daily
• Adhere to all food and workplace safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
