Purpose of Position:
To ensure a clean and inviting environment for all Casino Team Members while on breaks in the EDR.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Clean tables as necessary.
• Serve food to Team Members going through EDR line.
• Stock Condiments, napkins, utensils, China and glassware.
• Maintain and Stock salad bar, Dessert, Ice Cream stations as directed.
• Clean storage, floors and shelving as needed.
• Clean out refrigerators as needed to prevent spoilage.
• Maintain cleanliness of EDR at all times according to “ServSafe” standards.
• Communicate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef about tasks and assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
• Demonstrated ability to grasp & prioritize assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Must have excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Minimum six months work experience in Food and Beverage preferred.
Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
