Table by Antonio Bachour in the heart of Miami Design Districti is looking for a Hostess/Host.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work 1-2 shifts per week
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must be available to work holidays
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other employees
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Excellent attendance and work ethic are required. Work closely with management to improve productivity and create a fun work environment!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter
• Offer food and beverages to customers while they wait for their table
• Sit, stand, and or walk with customers during their visit and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer questions about menu items, special requests, and assistance with problems that may arise.
• Befriend and handle complaints about service with professionalism and courtesy. Resolution of complaints results in the resolution of customers.
• Resolve problems that may arise from food service. This includes serving food, cleaning food preparation areas, clearing tables, clearing away from food preparation areas, etc.
• Monitor cleanliness of the restaurant and immediately report any issues or concerns.
• Comply with all OSHA safety regulations. Maintain safety equipment (e.g., safety glasses) is your responsibility.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
