Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with autism and provide support in implementing behavior plans and interventions. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans and interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data on client progress and behaviors
• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, including medical records and care plans
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards, including HIPAA guidelines
• Participate in all group trainings and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the clinic
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Ability to follow written directions and implement behavior plans accurately
• Must have a Registered Behavior Technician certification from the BACB
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, get in and out of the kneeling position, and able to independently get off the floor.
