Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender & Server to join our team. As a Bartender, or Server you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent guest service, including answering questions and making recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
Skills:
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations
- Strong guest service skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong sales skills to promote specials and upsell menu items
