Summary:

We are seeking a talented and highly experienced Manager of FP&A at T2S Solutions to join our team at the corporate headquarters in Belcamp, Maryland. The role has high visibility and interaction with the company’s C-Suite personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting process, as well as ongoing forecasting efforts to enable the organization to deliver on key objectives.
• Responsible for financial reporting, including monthly comparison of actual vs. budget results and relevant variance analysis, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Create monthly reporting packages for management and private equity sponsor.
• Montior weekly cash forecasting tool.
• Performs comprehensive financial analyses, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
• Responsible for driving alignment between financial planning and analysis and project controls by working with the departments ensuring that the FP&A function is providing the information and insights that management receives proper insight on financial status.
• Proactively drive analyses of business performance and results and provide thoughtful, informed recommendations.
• Support accounting team, as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7-10 years of FP&A experience in A&D.
• Proven success as an FP&A leader in a high growth environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Deltek CostPoint.
• Technical accounting research.
