Summary:

We are seeking a talented and highly experienced set of Engineers for T2S Solutions. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining products, systems, or structures in line with project requirements. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The engineer will also provide technical expertise and support to solve complex problems and improve existing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine project viability.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines.
• Performing engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure project success.
• Developing and testing prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Documenting project progress, including design changes, budgets, and timelines.
• Providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Participating in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Prior experience in a similar engineering role is advantageous.
