Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and servicing a variety of household appliances. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth. Duties: - Diagnose and repair various types of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more - Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions - Assemble and install new appliances as needed - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve appliance issues - Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs - Occasionally assist with delivery and installation of appliances Qualifications: - Proven experience in appliance repair or related field - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (delivery driver experience is a plus) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of HVAC systems is beneficial - Previous experience in field service or as a service technician is preferred Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement and professional development - Comprehensive training program provided - Health insurance options available If you have the skills and experience required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
