We offer emergency services at no additional cost, recognizing the urgency that can arise when appliances require immediate attention. Our goal is to provide top quality service for appliances that make life more efficient.
We are looking for an Appliance Technician with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, washers and dryers. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot problems quickly and accurately, and will gain excellent customer service skills in order to deliever top quality service. We are looking for a reliable professional who is able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision after training.
Duties:
- Deliver and install appliances in customers' homes
- Provide field service for appliance repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigerators, electrical appliances, HVAC equipment, and other household appliances
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and appliances
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various types of appliances
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to operate a box truck for delivery purposes
- Strong customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
Note: Previous experience as a service technician or in equipment repair is required.
