Requirements WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR LINE COOKS :
- Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking a plus but not required.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to Speak, Read and Write English.
- RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR LINE COOKS :
- Accurately and efficiently cook a variety of foods and dishes with menus designed to meet the pace of our breakfast, brunch and lunch business.
- Consistently complies with our cooking methods and procedures.
- Maintains absolute cleanliness and sanitary work station areas.
- Loves the art of a beautiful garnish and amazing plate presentation.
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Assists others in closing the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations.
