T.O.N.E. Home Health Services is Hiring a Registered Nurse Near Farmington, MI
Responsibilities:
- Role will include practical intervention such as assessment of the new Patients
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to interventions
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Proficient in medical records management systems such as Kinnser and HHN (Home
- Knowledgeable in aseptic technique for wound care (if no experience will train)
- Familiar with basic life support techniques (BLS, CPR)
- Will be few in-house paid trainings before going into the field.
Credential Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- (BLS/CPR certification)
