Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Proficient in operating a cash register
- Excellent time management skills
- in Spanish is a plus
Skills:
- Ability to sell products effectively
- Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
- Knowledge of jewelry and electronics sales is a plus
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
