Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge wireless technology and products is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries and taking orders
- Ability to work alone for a 8-10 hr shift. or serving diverse customer needs
