We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, helping customers find the items they need, and processing sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong knowledge of the products we carry. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
