Together, we won’t stop! Accounts Receivable in Financial Operations is looking for a creative individual who is passionate in problem solving and driven to produce solutions. The Associate Software Engineer is responsible to manage, maintain, and enhance business-critical SQL servers, data tables, and applications. You will partner with developers and business users to troubleshoot issues and ensure business continuity. You will also participate in initiatives designed to enhance our server infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. What you'll do in your role • On-going maintenance and support of department servers, monitor and troubleshoot daily auto jobs • Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights • Design, develop, and implement applications to support business requirements • Provide technical support and troubleshoot applications and systems • Write technical requirements and application support documentation • Participate in code reviews, communicate design, requirements, functionality, and limitations of an application • Build and update stored procedures • Manage SSIS packages for automation • Create and manage SSRS reports The experience you'll bring Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: · Due to work requirements, must be a United States Citizen · Understanding of basic database design and structure (normalization, relational logic, database objects) · Understanding of basic ETL processes with heteronomous data-sources and basic application development life cycle · Intermediate SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, Integration Services (SSIS), and Reporting Services (SSRS) · Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, and Visual Studio · Attention to detail and ability to analyze and research problematic and ambiguous data · Ability to learn and eventually take administrative ownership of established data-processes and build new processes · Ability to work independently or remotely with minimal supervision · Ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, Computer Science or related technical discipline preferred · 2-4 years relevant professional experience · Experience with Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps Server · Expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and similar business software · Familiar with Software Developer Lifecyle and project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) · Ability to proactively identify change opportunities and lead change effort · Flexibility to occasionally work night and weekend hours Desired: • Experience in Database and Web Application Development • Knowledge of SAP ECC tables and data structure • Accounts Receivable, Accounting or Financial Operations experience #LI-Corporate #LI-Hybrid • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
