Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 base with bonus opportunities

Job Summary:

The Investor Relations Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships between our firm and its investors. This position requires a blend of skills in communication, finance, and marketing to effectively engage with current and potential investors, providing them with timely and accurate information about our projects, financial performance, and strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy and framework.
• Communicate effectively with investors through regular updates, newsletters, and reports detailing company performance, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and calls, preparing presentation materials and financial reports.
• Respond to investor inquiries and provide insights into the companys strategies, operations, and financials.
• Create marketing strategy to obtain retail investors
• Create content including video, social media, podcasts, and more
• Organize and run investor meetups and other events
• Collaborate with the finance department to analyze financial data and performance metrics, ensuring accurate and impactful communication with the investment community.
• Maintain an investor database and manage investor relations sections of the company website.
• Monitor and report on competitor performance, market trends, and investment community perceptions.
• Assist in the preparation of annual reports, earnings releases, and other investor materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related area within the real estate industry. A marketing background is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, investment metrics, and real estate market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
