Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating corporate training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
