• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating corporate training programs.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
