T BAILEY, a leading industrial construction company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Industrial Coatings Manager to join our team in Anacortes, WA. As the Industrial Coatings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of coating operations for our industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of industrial coating projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of coating projects.

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols throughout all coating operations.

- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to verify the integrity and performance of coatings.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any concerns or requirements related to coating projects.

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience or training in construction management, with a focus on industrial coatings.

- Strong knowledge of coating materials, techniques, and equipment.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- NACE or SSPC certification.

- Experience with industrial coating projects in the oil and gas, petrochemical, marine, or infrastructure sectors.
