T’ähä Mexican Kitchen is looking for an experienced Host and passionate service professional to join our team! We connect with the community and our industry, keep people first and provide a safe and relevant place to gather and work.

Located in the Country Club Plaza, T’ähä Mexican Kitchen is an elevated Mexican experience that seeks to highlight central Mexican cuisine with a midwest connection.

Our Hosts are the curators of our guests’ impression at T’ähä, responsible for dispensing hospitality, knowledge and guiding our guests for the start of their dining experience. Selfless hospitality is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be eager to learn, support FOH needs and necessary, cool under pressure and adaptable. Hosts:

• Full-Time or Part-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• High-level knowledge of restaurant standards, steps of service, and guest satisfaction and recovery.

Physical Demands:

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift products and equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Workplace hazards might include very hot plates and equipment, hot oil, knives, slicers and potentially slippery surfaces
