What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and guide their seating choices. Make everyone feel like a VIP from the moment they walk in. Adapt how you greet people to make them feel welcome. It's your stage to perform on.
• Project your voice with confidence and share your restaurant knowledge. Talk about the beers, fun cocktails, delicious eats and fun upcoming events to make them excited about the experience our servers will provide.
• Manage reservations on our SpotOn app, create waitlists, and ensure smooth seating flow. You'll be the maestro of guest organization and we have a great tool to assist you.
• Be a customer service star: Answer questions about City Barrel, craft beer, and all things delicious.
• Keep things tidy: Restock our retail area, make sure supplies are in place, and maintain a clean, inviting space.

• Excellent organizational skills & a can-do attitude.
