Job Summary

Supports the establishment of an Enterprise Service Desk, which includes developing necessary documentation, setting up lab space to facilitate operations requirements, and providing operations support to end users.
Travel is required. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinates with service desk personnel and develop/update fault tree diagrams and call scripts. Reviews/updates technical documentation. Collects/documents Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Collects/documents Lessons Learned for broader sharing across the community. Maintains NIPRNET and SIPRNET SharePoint sites and updates sites with the latest documentation. Maintains “Link List” for pertinent sites and additional resources of value to the operational community. Maintains Point-of-Contact (POC) rosters for key enterprise organizations.

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have at least three (3) years of experience performing Knowledge Management (KM) to support DoD programs. SharePoint administration experience is required. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Should be skilled with all Microsoft Office products and administrator level skills in Microsoft SharePoint.

Salary

The minimum salary starts at $85,000, and the max is negotiable based on experience.
