Qualifications for PC Support Technician :

• One (1) or more years experience as a full-time professional in the field of information technology, with a strong grasp of computer hardware and software fund
• Able to perform heavy lifting.
• Processes customer requests, provides order status and responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Excel reporting capabilities including : Data analysis and summary of data being tracked.
• Manage stockroom inventory and maintains re-order thresholds for IT products.
• Provides reports regarding PC inventory, installation, and end-of-life activities.
• Resolves order and inventory issues as they arise.
• Other duties as assigned by the Enterprise Workstation Services Manager or PC Install and Support Services Team Lead.
• Configures, delivers, and installs PCs, peripherals, and corporate standard software.
• Oversees the building and maintenance of corporate computer images for laptops and desktops.
