Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling tasks such as coordinating customers/clients
- Sending confirmations and updating client information
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific training needs and adjust schedules accordingly
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and verify training objectives
- Provide backup support for TSA tracking and ensure export compliance
- Confirm attendance and training objectives with customers/clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned programs, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Recommend additional training opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country-specific regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance
- Plan and allocate resources for customer training events and instructor qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or equivalent experience in the field
- Mastered all responsibilities of a Scheduling Specialist
- 1-2 years of aviation industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of FAA/NAA regulations and aviation terminology
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Results-driven and able to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
- $23.00-25.00 per hour
