System One is assisting a Dallas, Texas area based office that is looking for a Scheduling Specialist. As a Scheduling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless scheduling operations for the company's internal and external customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating training requirements and schedules with clients. You will work closely with regulatory agencies and operators to ensure compliance and smooth training experiences for all parties involved.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling tasks such as coordinating customers/clients
  • Sending confirmations and updating client information
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their specific training needs and adjust schedules accordingly
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and verify training objectives
  • Provide backup support for TSA tracking and ensure export compliance
  • Confirm attendance and training objectives with customers/clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned programs, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Recommend additional training opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country-specific regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Plan and allocate resources for customer training events and instructor qualifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or equivalent experience in the field
  • Mastered all responsibilities of a Scheduling Specialist
  • 1-2 years of aviation industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of FAA/NAA regulations and aviation terminology
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Results-driven and able to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
Compensation:
  • $23.00-25.00 per hour
  • 6-month contact
  • On site
