System One has partnered with a dynamic and innovative company in Colorado Springs in their search for an Executive Administrative & HR Assistant to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to executive leadership while also managing various human resources functions within the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for executives.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication and inquiries effectively.
  2. Office Management:

    • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events as needed.
    • Manage office administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, and maintaining filing systems.
  3. Human Resources Support:

    • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
    • Process new hire paperwork, conduct orientation sessions, and assist with onboarding procedures.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
    • Assist with HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and training programs.
  4. Benefits Administration:

    • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  5. Compliance and Policies:

    • Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to HR functions.
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Confidentiality and Discretion:

    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
    • Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations regarding employee data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an executive assistant capacity.
  • Familiarity with human resources practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Compensation: $52,000-$72,800k/year (dependent on experience)
