System Administrative Services Corporate is Hiring a Recruiting Specialist Near Statesboro, GA

SUMMARY

Responsiblefor supporting the implementation of effective recruiting strategies developedto meet the hiring goals of top talent for the organization while ensuring apositive candidate experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospects job candidates in an area specifically assignedthrough a variety of sources including but not limited to: sourcing and postingresources, mass communication platforms, leveraging technology and recruitmentmarketing, social media initiatives, attending career fairs, networking withprofessional associations and coordinating student interns.
  • Screens candidates for appropriate experience, licensure, hireeligibility and interest levels and coordinates interviews with the appropriatehiring manager or designee.
  • Effectively extends offers of employment in accordance withhuman resource guidelines.
  • Ensures the recruiting process supports a positive candidateexperience.
  • Ensures the Applicant Tracking System is accurately maintainedand is utilized to its greatest extent.
  • Supports in the development and implementation of recruiting andrecruitment marketing and social media plans.
  • Supports with the responsibility for locating contract staff, asnecessary.
  • Supports with responsibility for fostering relations withacademic partners and the coordination of student placements and clinicalrotations as it relates directly to the recruitment of new graduates.
  • Supports in the development of university/college recruitmentmarketing and presentations.
  • Assists in building / maintaining the organizations’ reputationby contributing as a professional member of staff while upholding the missionand values.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment lawsand regulations, and organization policies.
  • Contributes to a positive work team by sharing information,using problem-solving methods and accepting new ideas.
  • Supports and contributes to activities and projects introducedby the Organization.
  • Demonstrates superior customer service through courtesy,consistent follow-up and positive communication.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationappropriately
  • Ability to create, edit and manage data from ATS and otherresources to analyze and report trends and make recommendations
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills
  • Demonstrates critical and strategic thinking skills
  • Creative and self-motivated

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’sdegree with two (2) years’ experience or Associate’s degree with five (5) years’experience or High school diploma with 10 years’ experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Demonstrable experience in healthcare industry recruiting
  • Knowledge and effective utilization of applicant tracking andrecruitment technology platforms, Workday preferred
