Chart Industries is looking for an HR Recruiting Coordinator to conduct heavy volume pre-screens for our production workforce and schedule onsite interviews.
This is a temporary assignment , but may turn permanent in 6-9 months depending on business conditions. Position is remote, but preference to candidates residing close to one of our larger facilities : Canton, GA, New Iberia, LA, Valencia, CA, Houston, TX, Theodore, AL, New Prague, MN, Tulsa, OK
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be
Conduct phone screens and schedule onsite testing and interviews
Work with ATS and 3rd party job boards to entice candidates to apply
Perform Administrative duties
Coordinate Background Checks, Drug screens and Physicals
Your Education Should Be
H.S. Diploma or GED
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require
Typical Office Settings
Your Professional Experience Should Be
Demonstate effective verbal communication and listening skills
Typing and / or documenting and analyze
Customer Focused with experience working in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work independantly
