Criteria:

To be considered for our CNA position, hopeful applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 18 years old or above.
• BLS or CPR certification encouraged.
• Proof of vaccination from the COVID flu.
• Proof of TB test.
• One or more years of experience in a healthcare facility is a plus but not a must.
• Must have a compassionate nature, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of medical terminologies and healthcare procedures.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

Roles:

Our ideal CNA will be tasked with:

• Delivering exemplary, compassionate patient care by assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and ambulation.
• Monitoring vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate.
• Assisting in moving and positioning patients in beds or wheelchairs.
• Communicating effectively with the healthcare team to report patients' medical condition changes.
• Assisting during medical examinations and therapeutic procedures.
• Document and update nursing care documentation consistently and accurately.
• Ensuring the patient's rooms are kept neat and clean.
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
