We are looking to hire a Residential Construction Project Manager. We focus on high end custom construction projects. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate well with our team, our clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Applicants should have the ability to work independently, be an avid problem solver, and a forward thinker.

Job responsibilities:

  • Client meetings and Bid New Projects
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage the daily construction activities for residential construction projects.
  • Monitor production schedules and trade contractor schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage multiple jobs, so time management is essential.
  • Quality control, treat each home as if it is being built for you.
  • Develop and maintain strong productive supplier and trade contractor relationships.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal office staff.
  • Problem solve when challenges arise, don’t give excuses.
  • Maintain strong communication with homeowners. Relationships are critical – be kind, humble, and have an open mind.
  • Communicate the company's quality and performance standards to each trade contractor and supplier.
  • Conduct regular work inspections to ensure that those standards are being met.
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times.

  • Proven experience in residential or commercial construction management
  • Knowledge of building codes, construction procedures, and safety rules.
  • Relationships in our community to bring needed subcontractors to us.
  • Amazing communication skills with homeowners, staff, and contractors.
