Syntelligent is searching for All-Source Intelligence Analysts for a full-time salaried position supporting the Economic Security Mission Center located in the Nebraska Avenue Complex, Washington D.C.

Responsibilities:
Providing all-source intelligence analysis and assessments, economic and trade data research and analysis, and outreach support for the Economic Security Mission Center on the mission areas, including but not limited to critical threats to US economic competitiveness. These threats include, but are not limited to, supply chain vulnerabilities, illicit trade, foreign malign economic influence and intellectual property theft. These threats also include but are not limited to overt and covert malign foreign economic influence targeting federal, state, and local government, US private organizations, or the public.

- Experience developing intelligence based on raw information collected from a variety of sources, i.e. INTs
- At least working knowledge of (preferably hands-on experience with) databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, various message handling systems
- Knowledge or experience producing intelligence on economic security issues such as intellectual property theft, supply chain security and/or resiliency, foreign malign technology transfer, and foreign malign economic influence.
Skills needed include:
- All source intelligence research
- Open Source Intelligence research
- Social and News Media Tracking
- Familiarity and interest in technology
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Venture Capital/Venture Funds
The key topics to be covered are:
- Critical Infrastructure (power & utilities, telecommunications, pipelines, export terminals, transportation projects)
- Foreign ownership of U.S. businesses and infrastructure projects
- U.S. Emerging technology competition with foreign players
- Defense Industrial Base/supply chain manipulation
Key Past Assignments:
- Treasury CFIUS
- Treasury FinCEN
- Treasury OFAC
- Commerce BIS (Export Controls)
- DOJ FBI
- DHS HSI
- IC – ODNI, Agency, DIA, etc.

The salary ranges for these positions will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
