Location : This role is flexible and could be based in Downers Grove, IL or across the Midwest.

What you will be doing?

• Create foundational brand positioning content (key messages and brand models)
• Support the brand creative concepting process with ideation, strategic direction and copy creation
• Craft copy for promotional pieces across a variety of touchpoints, including but not limited to : print and digital assets, collateral, emails, SMS & push notifications, social campaigns, video etc.
• Refine technical agronomy content for easier readability / understanding and better connection to brand messages
• Create highly impactful content that reflects brand positioning and brand storytelling
• Collaborate with various Brand & Digital Marketing Operations team members to ensure successful implementation of relevant content for tactical execution
• Accountable for ensuring all publicly distributed content produced meets brand standards, legal advertising requirements, editorial style guidelines and requirements

Qualifications

What sets you apart?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, or Communications, or in place of a degree, 3 years of relevant experience with similar job responsibilities
• Solid understanding of branding and communications, and the ability to work alongside other Brand Marketing Operations team members
• Proficient in time management with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to influence others, negotiate and resolve conflict
• Expertise using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products
• Proven copywriting experience (a writing sample may be required)
