SynergyMD is Hiring a Medical Office Practice Manager Near Tampa, FL

Position: Medical Office Manager

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Medical Office Manager is to provide exceptional customer service to all patients and employees in the office. He/She will facilitate oversight of the growth of an advanced medical spa with an opportunity to grow this further with additional providers.

The job includes but is not limited to:

  • Managing Med Spa & front office staff
  • Troubleshooting EMR/phone issues
  • Payroll
  • PTO requests
  • Overseeing retail inventory
  • Greeting patients
  • Providing customer service/conflict resolution with patients/clients
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments when needed.

The Office Manager should be a self-starter who can multi-task and prioritize his/her duties. He/She will also be expected to work with the teams of each business entity to ensure that patient needs are met and that office policies are effectively implemented.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator preferred; experience with EMR systems is preferred.
  • Clinical setting experience required, Med Spa experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro software and/or Google space and Apple products
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision and perform duties with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, staff and providers. Must be able to maintain positive customer service rapport with patients. Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. (Required)

Pay: From $54,000.00 per year
