Synergy Staffing Services is Hiring a Property Accountant Near Overland Park, KS
A growing Johnson County company is looking for an experienced Property Accountant to add to their team and play an instrumental, hands-on role supporting the accounting team in day to day operations of the department.
The Property Accountant will handle a variety of tasks that includes:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Responsible for monthly journal entries
- Handle bank and account reconciliations
- General ledger
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
- Any other needs as assigned by the manager
The core skills, abilities and knowledge key to success in this position include:
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Experience with SAGE, Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting software
- Experience in the property management or hospitality a plus
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
