Synergy Sportz is Hiring a Gymnastics Coach Near Frederick, MD

Overview:
We are seeking an energetic Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Synergy Sportz. If you have experience in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields, and a love for working with students, this position is perfect for you.

Duties:
- Instruct and lead gymnastics classes/teams for students of various skill levels and ages
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance gymnasts' skills and techniques
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance
- Demonstrate proper techniques and spotting methods for gymnastic skills
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions
- Organize and supervise practice sessions and competitions

Skills:
- Experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, equipment, and USAG safety procedures preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate skills to students
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience when working with athletes of different skill levels
- Physical fitness and the ability to demonstrate and perform gymnastic skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve coaching methods
