Leading Edge Academy of Dance (L.E.A.D.) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a pre-professional dance academy, we are committed to providing a positive, fun, and safe environment for children to develop their physical, emotional, mental, and social skills. Responsibilities:

As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Provide instruction and guidance to gymnastics students in a safe and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that focus on skill development, technique, and progression.
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for various gymnastics movements and exercises.
- Ensure the safety of all students by enforcing proper spotting techniques and equipment usage.
- Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to reach their full potential.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback and constructive criticism for improvement.

- Demonstrate a positive professional attitude that reflects the goals and mission statement of Leading Edge Academy of Dance towards the dancers, families, and other team members (staff).

Qualifications:

-At least 2 years experience as a Gymnastics instructor/coach

-Achieved a High School Diploma

- Previous experience working with students in a gymnastics or related setting.
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and progressions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members.
- Ability to demonstrate proper form and technique for various gymnastics movements.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children of all ages.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
- C.P.R./First Aid certification is preferred but not required.
