Requirements:

• Must HAVE a New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
• Must be able to work with male client
• Must be able to work with dementia client

As a Home Health Aide, HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, and family members
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
