We have an opening for a Scheduling Coordinator who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Scheduling Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
  • Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
  • Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process
  • Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients

Scheduling Coordinator Requirements:

  • Experience – One year experience in a home care setting minimum, prefer 2 or more years with some real time scheduling experience
  • Education – High school diploma
  • Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to DETAIL a MUST!
  • Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated, willing to learn, Small TEAM player.
