Synergy is looking for you! We are looking for the right candidates that want to learn more about residential Security Service installation and support our team!

As a Security Service Technician, you will:

• Start out earning $18-25/hr, based upon experience
• Earn pay raises as you demonstrate your ability to successfully and efficiently complete tasks
• Be provided with personalized training sessions to grow your knowledge
• Work alongside our Lead Service Technicians
• Learn from our Lead Service Technicians (doing the work listed below)
• Work throughout the Tampa Bay Area and more
• Work full-time

In a typical week we:

• Install Qolsys IQ, DSC, Clare Control and more
• Install smart home devices
• Program Alarm.com home automation
• Install whole house interactive and automation equipment
• Install and configure wireless networks
• Install security camera systems
• Install card access systems

Requirements

Qualified candidates MUST:

• Want to learn about Service and increase their knowledge
• Be able to take direction and work well with others.
• Pass a drug test and a background check
• Have a valid Florida driver’s license
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Be available to work a full-time schedule

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to frequently bend, climb, crawl, lift, twist, and turn
• Must be able to work in difficult areas, such as attics and crawl spaces
• Must be able to work from ladders with arms extended overhead for extended periods of time
• Must be able work outside when necessary
