Qualifications:

  • Experience working in telecommunication or similar technical field (Voice, Data or Property Management) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management in a small to medium business environment is a positive.
  • Functional understanding of Wi-Fi and wireless technologies and solutions a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and specifically Excel required.
  • Self-starter who leads by example and personal involvement.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
  • Eagerness to compete and overachieve.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Willing to be on call for customer support during select off-hours and weekend rotations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US. Applicants with OPT or work visa status are welcome to apply.
