This position will be responsible for maintaining the maintenance and operation of fusion
machines and any other onsite support equipment. The candidate must be able to follow
manufacturer’s instructions and have technical knowledge of equipment. They will have direct
contact with customer’s, providing technical assistance.

• Determines appropriate method and equipment necessary to accomplish the task.
• Fusing polyethylene pipe (HDPE), the installation and removal of TPU hose and various
other types of pump related items
• Provides and installs custom HDPE piping and other pump related systems.
• Inspects and maintains fusion and support equipment.
• Assembly of pipe hose and fittings ranging in sizes from 4 – 48 inch.
• Professionally communicates with customers to assess needs.
• Identifies installation, removal, and repair needs.
• Determines if final product meets quality control standards.
• Be available to assist with emergency call outs.
• Must be able to work under limited supervision, relies on experience and judgment to
determine the best outcome.
• Keeps daily records on work performed and forwards to appropriate person(s)
• Conducts toolbox safety meetings daily.
• Must be comfortable operating various material handling equipment such as extended
booms, forklifts, and skid steers.

• Environment is consistent with that of construction, heavy equipment and repair yard.
• May work in extreme conditions on job sites.
