Synergy Builders, well established residential design build firm out of West Chicago IL, is looking for a full-time experienced Site Superintendent. Projects include kitchen and bath remodeling, home additions, basement finishing, whole house renovations and outdoor living projects. Basic Function:

Monitor daily operations during construction stage of the projects. Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and company’s policies. Supervise production team workers and subcontractors to ensure quality work in timely manner. 

Position Requirements/Skills:

• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Interact with other trade contractors in answering questions or solving problems/issues that arise in the field.

• The ambition to learn above current abilities and teach existing ones.
• Visualize the project in its completed state in order to understand all the related steps and procedures needed to complete the project.
• Neat and groomed appearance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Driver's license in good standing and good driving record.

• Perform continuous physically demanding work, including lifting 100 lbs. 
• CPR and first aid certifications within first year.
• Project Manager Buildertrend Certification within 2 weeks. 

Education/Experience Requirement:

• Desire to work with hands
• Aptitude to become a Project Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 yearsResidential Construction/Remodeling experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Word
