Immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to service multiple buildings in the Greensboro, NC area.

• Company Vehicle and Tools Provided*

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for handling mainly building envelope maintenance needs and property upkeep for about 30 commercial and light industrial sites.
Responsibilities:

• Visit customer buildings for regular check-ins and general upkeep.
• Lighting maintenance (bulb replacement).
• Exterior painting.
• Gutter maintenance.
• Fire system checks.
• Light Plumbing.
• Light Electrical.

Requirements:

• 4 years of commercial property maintenance experience.
• Prior experience servicing multiple properties preferred.
• Skilled trades schooling preferred.
• Ability to complete maintenance work independently.
• Plumbing and Electrical skills
