Work directly for a Middlesex County, NJ area company that develops solutions for the beauty industry.Machine Operator / Maintenance Adjuster : Purpose : To lead and direct the operation of all filling and attaching equipment, including management of the crew, product quality, production efficiency, waste reduction, maintenance, housekeeping, and safety.

Typical Duties - for example only - duties may change over time dependent on specific projects and / or customer requirements.

1.Responsible for the overall safety, operation, quality, and performance of all filling and attaching equipment including but not limited to Heidelberg attaching lines and Straight Cutters.

2.Work with supervisors and other departments to become proficient operating any current equipment as well as any future equipment upgrades.

3.Complete all required documentation to ensure correct carriers as well as ensuring packers utilize correct boxes, pads, boxes per layer / skid, skids and understand all packing instructions.

4.Responsible for accuracy of product produced, packaged, and shipped to customer including ensuring Packers are trained and performing, as required.

6.Communicate production, safety, maintenance, and other related issues to the Supervisors and supporting departments.7.Provide daily production information and maintain accurate production reporting.

Knowledge : 1.Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.2.Minimum six (6) months on-the-job training in machine operations.

Additional Responsibilities : 1.Responsible for housekeeping of the bindery area. 2.Reduce and report waste when conducting machine maintenance.3.Other duties as assigned.
