R&D Altanova a subsidiary of Advantest America Inc. a semiconductor manufacturing company has entry level openings in their semiconductor manufacturing department, no experience required in the following positions:

Responsibility:

Drill Operator

· Set-up job on the X-Ray unit (based on size & num. of layers), to check amount of scale data & shifting.

· Set-up job on a drill machine (load file, check program, prepare drills, etc.)

· Drill the work order panels

· Inspect drilled panels for hole quality and registration.

Minimum Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Entry level experience in a manufacturing environment

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to read and understand written operating procedures.

· Detail oriented

· Must have good verbal and reading skills.

Working Condition:

· Must be able to lift up to 35ilbs

· Stand, kneel, and stoop 75% of the work day

- Reliable transportation.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

• At least one year experience doing the same or similar type work.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to read and understand written operating procedures.

• Detail-oriented (give close attention to matters).

• Work under pressure to meet quick turn delivery schedules.

• This position requires the ability to stand and walk for more than 90% of the workday. Must also be able to converse with others, and reach with hands and arms.
