Description: This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and growing company in the Charlotte area! The project estimator will be responsible for completing and submitting bids and proposals for industrial projects. You will compile information and work with internal and external teams to provide accurate and competitive quotes on each project. This person will perform some site visits and should be comfortable talking with field operations personnel, customers and building owners, and internal sales and project management teams. You will be estimating the cost of materials and labor and will work closely with an estimating and sales software. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong benefits and room for growth!
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant estimating experience for industrial project required
- Ability to travel to conduct site visits in the field required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Previous experience using estimating and sales software required
- Previous experience preparing estimates for projects ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000 and up required
- Ability to work in-office required
