Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contact job seekers using phone and e-mail to present job opportunities.
- Utilize various resume databases to create effective candidate searches.
- Determine if candidates meet the eligibility and suitability requirements of the job opportunity.
- Present qualified candidates to our clients for temporary or permanent hire positions.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Finalize placements and confirm start dates.
- A roll up your sleeves & do what it takes to get it done attitude.
