The technician is responsible for ensuring proper packaging, generating labels, and producing Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents for each sample.

The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized work environment and extends to fulfilling other duties as assigned by the Director of R&D, showcasing adaptability and versatility within the position.

Job Duties : -Collaborate with the Director of R&D to compile samples for both the sales and R&D teams, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

• Manage inventory efficiently, including scaling raw materials as needed, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
• Take responsibility for the proper packaging of samples, ensuring materials are accurately scaled, and preparing samples according to established protocols.
• Work cross functionally with the quality and R&D team -Handle the printing of labels and generate Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents for each sample, maintaining a high standard of accuracy-Execute shipping processes for samples and communicate status updates to the broader sales and R&D teams-Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work environment, contributing to a productive and efficient workspace-Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Director of R&D, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs within the role.

Requirements : -A solid understanding of testing equipment and a willingness to learn-A minimum of 2-5 years of inspection and / or production experience.

• A strong working knowledge of mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions-A demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision-The ability to analyze and interpret information-This position is not for those who whish to work from home.
