Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring an Architectural Designer (Revit/Point Cloud) Near Wilmington, DE
The candidate will be involved in a large variety of CAD and BIM projects ranging from residential to large commercial, educational, and healthcare developed by a variety of clients (architects, engineers, contractors, facility managers, manufacturers, etc.).
Candidate must be proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit, have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, and possess the maturity to represent employer in a professional manner when working directly with clients.
Job Duties
- Create custom 2D and 3D drafting and design CAD/Revit/BIM projects including commercial, residential, construction, healthcare, and structural/architectural projects
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and produce deliverables within the established schedule
- Coordinate with the design team to build deliverables from initial project setup through final project delivery
- Meet/coordinate with engineers, draftsmen, and designers to review blueprints and design drawings
- Attends team meetings to delineate design requirements
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Aided Design (CAD) or relevant discipline with 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in utilizing CAD/AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Ability to read and translate blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of building design and mechanical processes.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually on projects.
- Excellent time management & communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
