Job Title: General Accountant
Job Location: Vienna, VA
Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting activities related to accounts payable, credit card reconciliation, monthly accrual and new hire account setups
- Assist with monthly close activities, including timely posting, recording bank statement transactions, and recording adjusting journal entries
- Assist with pricing related tasks
- Perform accounting duties in accounting system Deltek Costpoint
- Assist senior accountant with various accounting duties, year-end reconciliation and audit
- Assist in implementing process improvements and implementation of new systems and processes, as needed
- Respond to employees and other departments request and inquires
- Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and CFO
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master s Degree in Accountancy.
- Must possess excellent reading comprehension, writing, spelling, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 2-5 years of related work experience.
- Sponsor H1B Visa
